Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details where available.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the UK, European Union, United States, and selected international destinations.

International Shipping (Including EU Countries)

Please note the following important information for all international orders, including deliveries to EU countries:

  • Prices shown on our website do NOT include customs duties, import taxes, or VAT for international orders.

  • Any applicable import VAT, customs duties, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery.

  • We ship international orders under DDU / DAP (Delivered At Place) terms, meaning these charges are not prepaid by us.

  • We use reputable commercial carriers for international deliveries, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Parcelforce, depending on destination and service availability.

  • Customs clearance procedures may add 1–3 business days to the estimated delivery time.

  • In some cases, carriers may charge an additional handling or brokerage fee for processing customs clearance and collecting taxes on behalf of local authorities.

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about potential charges before placing an order.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or factors outside our control.

Refused or Unpaid Customs Charges

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, taxes, or fees, any return shipping costs incurred may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
