GC-2 is a deployable, remote activated, motion-triggered countermeasure built to activate your percussion-based grenades with precision and ease. Designed for CQB and milsim gameplay, it gives you a tactical edge through PIR detection and remote activation.
Inspired by real-world indirect fire systems, GC-2 is ideal for training scenarios and brings a completely new element to training environments by introducing the threat of IED devices, an issue that has more recently become an inherent threat in the Global security environment. Also widely used for rear flank protection.
With the Tacteg interchangeable mount system it is easy to place in various locations within training facilities and can be rapidly deployed from a chest rig or belt mount. Also interchangeable with the Tacteg RD-1 and GC-1 units.
With a battery life up to 72 hours and fully rechargeable with a 'C' type charging port, the GC-2 is compatible with all types of training grenades and pyro technic devices including spooned and timed. Remote control range is 70m line of site (LOS) and will reduce depending on obstacles such as walls. Longer range remotes are available from 200m+ and are available separately. Multiple units can be configured to a single remote.
